Mack Stewart, M.D.
A native of Texas, Dr. Stewart graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Texas A&M University. He completed two years of biochemical research at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston and then went on to attend The University of Texas Health Science Center Medical School. Dr. Stewart became Board Certified in Family Medicine after completing his residency in 1987 at the Dallas Southwestern Family Practice Program. He went on to practice Emergency Medicine in Texas for over twenty-five years.
Over the past fifteen years, Dr. Stewart has become extremely focused on Aesthetic Medicine. He studies throughout the United States to acquire the newest advancements and studies released in Aesthetic Medicine. Dr. Stewart has become an expert in the CO2 Fractional Laser, offering various treatment options at Pure Radiance. Finding a personal need for Hormone Replacement Therapy, Dr. Stewart became a mentor and instructor for BioTE Medical. He has added the Bio-identical Hormone Replacement Pellets to his medical practice and offers it to both men and women.
Dr. Stewart has served on multiple committees including Smith County Medical Association. His memberships include: Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians, American Society for Laser Medicine and Texas Medical Association. He is an integral partner of ZO and Obagi Medical Products and is rated Platinum Plus by the Botox/Juvederm company, Allergan.
Dr. Stewart’s goal is to make available the most effective, non-surgical aesthetic treatments to his clients at Pure Radiance.

Leneè Sikes, R.N.
Laser Technician / Injector / Coolsculpting Technician / ThermiVA / BioTE
Our R.N. Leneè has been with Pure Radiance since 2016, but she has been a nurse for over 20 years! She has a background in plastics and dermatology, where she developed a passion for helping her patients look and feel their very best. Leneè is an East Texas native, and has called Tyler home since 2009. She loves the outdoors, just as long as she is under an umbrella, wearing a hat, and of course a medical grade SPF!
Ruth Rascon
Manager / CoolSculpting Technician / Makeup Artist
Ruth has been an honest and hard-working member of our team since 2014. Ruth helps with scheduling, ordering all of our products, and is a highly skilled makeup artist and a Certified CoolSculpter. She has an extensive knowledge of all of our skincare products and helps our clients feel confident in their skin! Ruth is a Colorado girl at heart and loves spending time with her precious family.
Kizleth Balderamma
Licensed Medical Aesthetician/ Licensed Laser Technician/ Makeup Artist
Kizleth, known as Kiz, is a highly skilled licensed aesthetician in the medical skin care field who joined our team this year! Kiz has experience with Dermaplaning, Microneedling, and Skincare. She is passionate about her work and loves her patients at Pure Radiance, where her clinical aesthetic excellence is highly prized. Her superb skill in facial science is matched by her unwavering commitment to helping patients achieve healthy, radiant skin that truly shines. Kiz is the secret to some of Tyler’s most luminous faces (including her own!).
Carley Hamby
Administrative Assistant
Carley is a Bullard native who joined Pure Radiance in 2019. She provides administrative assistance. Carley strives to make you feel comfortable and stress-free as soon as you walk in the door. She brings a positive attitude and loves finding humor in life. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her friends and enjoying the outdoors as much as possible.
Karina Hernandez
Manager of Operations
Karina has been a long standing employee at Pure Radiance and brings over 10 years of experience to her role at Pure Radiance. Karina holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Texas at Tyler. Throughout her career, she has developed a deep expertise in aesthetic treatments and services, making her a trusted resource for patients seeking personalized care and exceptional results. Karina is passionate about ensuring that every patient feels their best and has a positive, uplifting experience at Pure Radiance. Her commitment to excellence and patient satisfaction is at the heart of her work, and she strives to create an atmosphere where every individual can truly shine. When she is not at Pure Radiance, she enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her family and friends! Karina is just a phone call away to answer any questions!
Alison Miller
Medical Assistant
Alison, known as Ali, has been with Pure Radiance since 2023. Her favorite thing about working at Pure Radiance is being able to help people feel confident and beautiful! Ali is currently attending UT Tyler to get her nursing degree and hopes one day to work as a medical provider in aesthetics (influenced and mentored by Pure Radiance’s current providers!). In her free time, she likes to hang out with friends and family. She is so thankful to be here and work with people she loves! Pure Radiance wants to help you age gracefully and as part of the team, she can’t wait to help you along the way!
Payton Gaskill
Licensed Medical Aesthetician/ Administrative Assistant/ Medical Assistant
Payton started her journey with Pure Radiance back in September of 2024, and in her own words “truth be told I wouldn’t have wanted to land anywhere else. I have gained so much knowledge and experience through Pure Radiance, and our staff!” Payton originally grew up in the DFW area, but enjoys the ETX life a lot more. Payton looks forward to what Pure Radiance has in store for her, as well as all of our existing and future patients.
